How to Retain Talents for Construction Enterprises

企业长远发展需要新鲜血液,需要不断输入新进人才。时下,正是企业忙于接收新毕业的大学生、向社会招贤纳士的大好时机。然就我们施工企业而言,人才之急不言而喻,但就行业而论,今天我们企业在接收人才之际,明天就可能是人才流失之日。当前,施工企业或深或浅地受国家"大环境"的影响,人才流失也成为施工企业不得不面对的一大问题。就施工企业如何留住人才进行分析探讨,提出切实可行的解决人才流失的建议。

A enterprise＇s long-term development needs fresh blood and input of new talents. Nowadays, it is a good opportunity for enterprises to recruit new employees from colleges and the society. There is no doubt that the construction enterprises are crying out for fresh new talents. However, due to the present ＂big environment＂, construction enterprises also have to face the problem of brain drain. This paper puts forward some personal opinions on how to retain talents for the construction enterprises.
