摘要
目的分析2010-2014年北京市海淀区内放射诊疗机构透视引导介入操作者职业外照射个人剂量监测的水平和规范监测情况,促进个人剂量监测的规范化,保障介入放射学工作人员的健康和安全。方法使用Li F(Mg,Cu,P)热释光剂量计(TLD)定期监测,建立该区Access个人剂量数据库并使用SPSS软件进行处理分析,依据国家有关法律法规和技术标准进行评价。结果各年度介入操作者实际监测人数变动较大;2010-2014年,介入操作者人均年剂量分别为0.46、0.16、0.19、0.21和0.24 m Sv/a,且异常剂量率逐年降低;5年监测结果中未出现超过剂量限值工作人员;各年度均出现未按规定时限监测的情况。结论 5年中,该区89.1%~98.5%的介入操作者的个人剂量低于异常剂量调查水平,相应的放射工作环境是安全的,但仍应重视个人剂量监测工作;操作过程中应正确使用防护设施和防护用品;介入操作者应严格按照规定时限进行个人剂量监测。
Objective To analyze personal doses monitoring level of occupational exposure and standardization condition in jurisdictions among fluoroscopy-guided interventional operators in radiation medical institutions during 2010- 2014,accelerate the standardization of the personal dose monitoring,ensure the health and safety of interventional radiology staff.Methods Regular monitoring was conducted using Li F( Mg,Cu,P) thermoluminescent dosemeter( TLD) to establish Access database of personal doses.Spss software was used to process analysis.Assessment was carried out according to the relevant state laws and technical standards.Results The number of operators that were covered by actual monitoring changed largely each year; from2010 to 2014,annual dose per capita of operators are 0.46、0.16、0.19、0.21、0.24 m Sv / a respectively,and the rate of abnormal dose decreased year by year.No dose limits exceeding operator was found in the past 5 years,while not all monitoring were conducted on time every year.Conclusion In the past five years,personal dose of 89.1%- 98.5% investigation operators in this area didn't exceed abnormal dose level,the radiation work condition is safety,but personal doses monitoring work must be paid more attention,the protective facilities and equipment must be used correctly in interventional operation,investigation operator must take personal doses monitoring according to the prescribed time limit strictly.
