分析我国粮食科技创新发展形势,指出我国粮食科技创新面临的主要矛盾和问题,从粮食科技社会化服务体系构建、战略新兴产业发展、粮食科技投入机制完善等层面提出相应的发展对策。

The issue analyses the developments of technological innovation in food, points out that the problems and conflicts in the field of technological innovation in food, and put forward the corresponding development countermeasure from the aspects of the construction of social system of food science and technology, the development of strategic emerging industries and the im- provement of investment mechanism in the food science and technology.
