摘要 对傅里叶变换红外光谱快速鉴别油茶籽油的方法进行了研究。将样品的红外光谱图二阶求导后,通过TQ软件的主成分分析法,可以清晰地鉴别油茶籽油和其他常见的市售植物油。玉米油等植物油掺入油茶籽油后,红外光谱图中不饱和碳氢(=CH)峰的峰位及峰强均会变化,通过峰位的转移可以定性分析油茶籽油掺混;通过峰高或峰面积定量分析油茶籽油掺混,结果令人满意。 A method based on fourier transform infrared spectroscopy taking the second order derivative spectrum, the principal component was studied to detect oil-tea camellia seed oil.After analysis method was used to identify oil tea camellia seed oil and other vegetable oils.The peak of Unsaturated hydrocarbons (=CH) would change when the oil-tea camellia seed oil adulterated with other vegetable oils such as corn oil.So we could conduct qualitative analysis of adulterated oil-tea camellia seed oil by the shift of the peak position.And the quantitative analysis was conducted by the peak height or area, which could both yield satisfactory results.
