长江中游城市群产业生态化效率研究 被引量:72

Efficiency Evaluation of Regional Industrial Ecology of the Yangtze River Middle Reaches Urban Agglomerations

摘要 通过对产业生态化、生态效率内涵关系的梳理,以生态效率作为测度产业生态化程度的指标,构建生态效率评价指标体系,首先使用主成分分析方法对2010—2012年长江中游城市群34个城市各相关指标进行了处理,然后将新的投入产出数据代入DEA模型当中对长江中游城市群产业生态化效率进行了评价。研究结论显示:1使用PCA-DEA方法评价得出的产业生态化效率结果较直接使用DEA方法更为科学;22010—2012年长江中游城市群产业生态化效率先上升后下降,但是纯技术效率一直处于改进状态;3长江中游城市群各城市产业生态化效率的无效性主要来源于规模效率低下,尤其是产业规模不在最优状态。最后,提出了长江中游城市群产业生态化效率改进建议。 With the background that Yangtze River Middle Reaches Urban Agglomerations has been the national strategy and ecology civilization has been an important part of the system reform, this essay takes the eco-efficiency as the key index to research the efficiency of industrial ecology of the Yangtze River Middle Reaches Urban Agglomerations. The essay defines the relationship between industrial ecology and eco-efficiency, constructing the evaluation of eco-efficiency and using the panel data of input-output from 2010-2012. In the part of data processing, the essay deals with the data with the method of PCA (principal component analysis) and then constructs the modified input-output data. Lastly, the essay evaluates the efficiency of industrial ecology of the Yangtze River Middle Reaches Urban Agglomerations from 2010 to 2012 through the software named DEAP 2.1. The results show that: (1) the method of PCA-DEA is more accurate than the method of DEA; (2) the efficiency of industrial ecology is in an unstable position, it increases in 2011, decreases in 2012, but the pure technical efficiency is in an improving state; (3) the reason which the efficiency of industrial ecology is in an inefficient state is that the scale efficiency is lower than the pure technical efficiency. In the end, the essay comes up with three strategies to improve the efficiency of industrial ecology of the Yangtze River Middle Reaches Urban Agglomerations.
