变形及时效处理对2024铝合金组织和力学性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 采用硬度(HV)测试、拉伸试验、金相分析、X射线衍射(XRD)物相分析等手段,研究2024铝合金大变形和热处理工艺对其组织和力学性能的影响。采用最大变形量为93%(真应变εmax=2.0)的变形处理及时效强化处理,使合金内部组织中的第二相明显析出,再利用XRD对第二相析出组织进行分析。结果表明,大变形及时效处理可使合金的力学性能尤其是强度得到提高,提高性能的析出组织为Al2CuMg。 The effect of large deformation treatment and heat treatment processes on microstructure and mechanical properties of 2024 aluminum alloy is investigated by hardness measuring and stretch testing, metallographic microscopic observation and X-ray diffraction phase analysis. The second phase in the alloy microstructure is obviously precipitated through the deformation treatment with maximum rate of 93% (εmax = 2.0) and aging treatment, then the precipitation phases by XRD analyzed. The results show that the mechanical properties of alloy, especially the strength, can be improved by the large deformation treatment and heat treatment. The precipitation phase improving the alloy properties is Al2 CuMg.
