摘要
针对国内沸腾氯化生产的粗Ti Cl4中Al Cl3偏高的问题,在对Al Cl3除去机理深入分析的基础上,研究在沸腾氯化炉内加盐除Al Cl3反应温度及加盐量对粗Ti Cl4中Al Cl3去除率的影响。最终得出控制氯化炉炉顶反应温度为900~1 000℃,工业盐最佳加入量为高钛渣加入量的1.0%~1.2%。
With focus on the high AlCl3 content in the rough titanium tetrachloride in domestic factories, the effects of the reaction temperature and the industrial salt dosage on the AICI3 removal rate from the rough titanium tetrachloride with salt in the fluidizing chlorination furnace are investigated on the basis of the analysis in deep on the mechanism of aluminum chloride removal. Finally, the reaction temperature of chlorination furnace is controled at 900 - 1 000 ℃, and the optimal dosage of industrial salt is 1.0% -1.2% quantity of the high titanium slag.
