摘要
我国全日制教育硕士培养始于2009年,虽然取得可喜成绩,但在招生方式、课程设置、实习环节、导师队伍、学位论文等方面还存在一些问题。于2008年正式开始招生的日本教职大学院在教育硕士培养中形成了一些经验,值得我国在全日制教育硕士培养过程中借鉴。吸取日本教职大学院的经验,针对我国全日制教育硕士培养,提出以下对策:复试采取设计研究方案并现场陈述的考核方式;课程设置超越学科逻辑并增加课时数,强化基础,服务实践;实习环节加强管理,并以见习、案例教学等形式辅助以提高实习效率;导师队伍吸纳具有中小学工作经验的优秀教师;学位论文以实习为基础,结合基础教育实际。
The Full Time Professional Master Degree of Education in China was established in 2009.There were some problems in enrollment, curriculum, internship, supervisors and dissertation. The countermeasures were pro- posed as following based on the experiences of the Graduate Professional School of Education in Japan : selecting the candidates through project design and representation in the reexamination; Arranging the curriculum to surpass the subjects with the target to serve the need of practice and increasing class hour to consolidate the educational theo- ries; Strengthening the management of internship and adopting the novitiate and case study to make internship effec- tively; Increasing the number of teachers who have work experience in primary and secondary schools; Combining the dissertation with the basic education on the basis of the internship.
