经颅磁刺激在孤独症谱系障碍患者中的应用进展 被引量:7

摘要 孤独症谱系障碍(Autism Spectrum Disorders,ASD),简称孤独症,作为一种广泛性发育障碍,是异常神经发育的结果,但是病因仍然不明。最近,有研究者开始关注异常的皮层兴奋性和可塑性在孤独症病因学中的重要意义。研究发现孤独症与大脑微型柱的异常有关[1],孤独症个体大脑微型柱更窄,数量更多,这样可能会导致微型柱神经环路的过度兴奋,破坏了皮层兴奋和抑制的平衡,影响微型柱活动的功能特异性。
