棉/大麻/粘胶混纺纱的开发与性能分析 被引量:3

摘要 设计开发了2组细度、3种混纺比例的棉/大麻/粘胶混纺纱线,并进行了性能测试分析。结果表明:随着粘胶纤维比例的增加,纱线断裂强度、条干、纱疵等各项质量指标均出现了不同程度的下降。而在同等混纺比下,当纱线变细时,其断裂强度略有降低,但纱疵指标则明显恶化,粗细节、棉结几乎出现了数倍的增加,条干均匀度亦明显变差。 Cotton/hemp/viscose blended yarns designed with 2 groups of fineness, and 3 kinds of blended ratio were experimented to test the properties. The result showed that with the increase of the proportion of viscose fiber, the fracture strength, evenness, faults and other parameters decreased in some degree. While with the same blending ratio, breaking strength decreased slightly as the yarn become thin, but the yarn faults index was worse significantly, the number of thin and sturdy parts and neps almost increased several times. The deterioration problem of evenness was also obvious.
