摘要
互联网餐饮模式对人们生活方式的不断渗透,越来越多的人选择网上订购外卖。由于市场上缺乏专用的递送外卖车辆,受电动车企业委托,经过充分的市场调研,通过对多个外卖餐馆及外卖员的深度访谈和问卷调查,采用聚类分析和优缺点列举等定量定性研究方法,开发出一种符合市场需求的外卖专用两轮电动自行车设计方案。
With the unceasing permeation of the Internet catering mode on people' s lifestyle, more and more people choose to order online. Due to the lack of vehicles for special delivery of fast food on the market and by the commission of electric bicycle enterprises, through full market research, indepth interviews and questionnaire survey on a number of restaurants and staff, taking the methods of quantitative and qualitative analysis including cluster analysis and advantages and disadvantages enumeration, the design of dedicated electric bicycle for take-out service catering for the market demands is then developed.
