摘要
目的了解养老护理员的培训需求。方法用自制调查表对105名养老护理员进行调查。结果 93.88%的被调查者认为自己从事的工作有必要接受系统培训,培训需求前五位的项目是用药知识、急救知识与技能、安全保护、护理基础知识和职业道德知识。结论养老护理员培训方式应结合培训需求有序开展,充分尊重养老护理员的实践经验,使培训常态化发展。
The study aims to explore the demand for training nursing home caregivers by investigating 105 caregivers in a serf-made questionnaire. 93.88% of the respondents think that their work requires systematized training. The first five imperative needs among the list are drug administration, first aid, safety protection, basic knowledge of nursing, and professional morality. It can be concluded that Caregivers＇ training should be carried out orderly, combining with training demands and full respect for their practical experience. Hence, it can be developed normally.
