An Analysis of the Influencing Factors and Countermeasures on the Employment of Undergraduates in Biological science

生物科学专业就业形势相对严峻。以台州学院生物科学专业为例,从待遇预期、知识储备、产业滞后等方面分析了影响本科毕业生就业的因素,指出迫切需要通过教学改革来改变发展相对困境,并在此基础上分析了人才培养和课程设置的不足。最后从构建产学研机制、鼓励自主创业、培养方案改革、个性化培养等方面提出了促进该专业本科毕业生就业的对策。

The employment situation of undergraduates in biological science is relatively severe. Take Taizhou University for example. The factors affecting the employment of undergraduates in biological science are analyzed from salary expectations, knowledge reserve and industry stagnation etc. Therefore, it＇s urgent to change the relative difficulty of development by education reform. Based on the above analysis, the shortage of personnel training and curriculum arrangement are discussed. Finally, the main countermeasures including the development of industry-university-research linking mechanism, encouragement of self-employment, the reform of cultivation scheme and personalized training are put forward to promote the employment of undergraduates.
