SWOT Analysis on Regional Tourism Cooperation of Meishan

大梅山区域旅游协作优势体现在:益阳、娄底、邵阳三市共处梅山文化核心区,形成了公路、水路、铁路三位一体的交通体系,构筑了大梅山文化旅游区域协作发展的交通保障;旅游资源的互补性强,市场主体有整体开发的共识和愿望。劣势也很明显,如:区域位置封闭,可进入性较差;资金缺乏,基础设施不完善;区域旅游协作机制不健全等。三市政府应该抢抓机遇,通过建立区域合作联动机制,打破行政壁垒,整合资金、市场、人才等资源,实现旅游经济的共同腾飞。

The advantage of regional tourism cooperation of Meishan is reflected in that Yiyang, Loudi and Shaoyang are located in the core cultural area of Meishan, which formed three-in-one traffic system of highway, waterway and railway, and thus provided a traffic guarantee to the development of regional tourism cooperation of Meishan; and that because of the strong complement of tourism resources, it forms a common understanding and aspirations of the overall development of the main body of the market. However, the disadvantage is also obvious, such as blocking traffic, poor accessibility, lack of funds, poor infrastructure and imperfect regional tourism cooperation mechanism. Consequently, the governments of the three cities should seize the opportunity, break the administrative barriers by establishing regional cooperation linkage mechanism, and integrate capital, market and human resources to achieve the rapid development of tourist economy.
