The EAP writing teaching has always been a great concern for linguists and educators.EAP writing is regarded as an issue for college English writing teaching development and reform. It is argued that the process writing method consisting of five stages is favorable for the improvement of students＇ academic writing proficiency. For one thing,it can more effectively adjust and reform the thoughts concerning college English writing teaching; for another thing,it can promote students＇ grasp of expertise and linguistic application abilities,hence indicating a way for college English writing teaching reform.
