中共中央总书记、国家主席、中央军委主席、中央全面深化改革领导小组组长习近平日前主持召开中央全面深化改革领导小组第十一次会议并发表重要讲话。他强调，必须从贯彻落实‘四个全面’战略布局的高度，深刻把握全面深化改革的关键地位和重要作用，拿出勇气和魄力，自觉运用改革思维谋划和推动工作，不断提高领导、谋划、推动、落实改革的能力和水平，切实做到人民有所呼、改革有所应会议审议通过了《乡村教师支持计划（2015—2020年）》、《板於城市公立医院综合改革试点的指导意见》、《人民陪审员制度改革试点方案》、《关於人民法院推行立案登记制改革的意见》、《党的十八届四中全会重要举措实施规划（2015-2020年）》。

Mr. Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, President of the P.R.C., Chairman of the CPC Central Military Commission, and leader of the Leading Group of the CPC Central Committee on Comprehensively Deepening Reforms, has recently chaired the eleventh meeting of the Leading Group of the CPC Central Committee on Comprehensively Deepening Reforms and delivered an important speech. He has stressed that it＇s necessary to implement the ＂four comprehensive＂ strategic schemes, well grasp the key status and important role of comprehensively deepening reforms, consciously adopt reform thinking and promote the work with courage and determination, constantly improve the capacity and level of the leadership, planning and promoting and implementation of reforms, and make sure that reforms can respond to the people＇s call. Several documents have been discussed and adopted at the meeting： ＂Supporting Program of Rural Teachers （2015-2020）＂, ＂Guidance on Pilot Comprehensive Reform of Urban Public Hospitals＂, ＂Pilot Reform Program of Jury System＂, ＂Opinion on People＇s Court Implementing Case Filing Registration System Reform＂, and ＂Implementation Plan for the Important Initiatives at the Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth CPC Central Committee （2015-2020）＂.
