摘要
各种传染病有其各自的季节性及流行特点,且临床表现多样。而医学生的临床实习时间固定且较短,导致其无法在实习阶段接触到不同季节的传染病。通过角色扮演、病例分析法能让学生进入医患各种角色,对病例及医患沟通有更好的认识和锻炼,使学生能更好地掌握传染病的诊疗,并能提高医学生在未来临床工作中的医患沟通技巧。
Infectious diseases had seasonal and clincal characteristics. Medical students had short clinical practice time, so they couldn't contact the different infectious disease during their practice time. Medical students could take part in different roles by role-playing case method. They could have better exercises on communication with patients. This method could improve the students grasp the diagnosis and treatment of the infectious diseases, and improve the medicine students' communication ability with the patients when they begin their clinical work.
