摘要
采用质性研究方法,通过对一位企业女性领导的深度调查访谈,从个人生活史视域,研究女性领导问题,探询女性身份建构与领导行为之间的关系。女性早期的心理发展和社会化过程与女性的领导方式紧密相关,女性在社会化过程中形成的身份认同可能与领导角色之间存在紧张,这种压力既促使女性形成独特的领导风格,又使其在实践中面临冲突和挑战。
By using the way of qualitative research, the author interviewed a femal entrepreneur. Based on her life cycle, it tackles women's leadership by studying the relations between their identity and their activities. The psychological development and socialization of females in their early years relate closely to their future leadership. A tension may exist between female's identification and their role of leadership. Such a kind of tension helps foster a unique leading style of female officials as well creates conflicts and challenges in practice.
