摘要
领导者的共情能让领导者了解并理解被领导者,有助于领导者不断反思自己的领导工作实践,并基于被领导者的经验和需求来调整自己的领导方式,从而在关爱组织成员的过程中,不断提升自己的领导工作水平。女性具备更多的共情优势,但是要把这些潜在特质转化为现实领导力,形成共情领导力,还需要有意识的关注和有效的开发,尤其需要在领导工作中善于关心人、激励人和凝聚人。
The empathy of leaders helps them better understand their subordinates and rethink profoundly their work style in praetiee. By adjusting their leadership style to their subordinates' feelings and demands, leaders could improve their work effectively by expressing their care toward the team members. Female leaders enjoy more advantage in this regard. Meanwhile, it needs them to pay more efforts and attention in order to change the empathy advantage into leadership power. During the process, female leaders should be adept at caring for, inspiring and uniting others.
