The author of this article initiates the ＂one earth one family＂ theory to replace the previous ＂two camps＂ and ＂three worlds＂ theories with the aim to realize a comprehensive management of the world and to give full play to the United Nations, international organizations and NGOs. Being a big country, China should make major contributions to the world to push forward the development of socialism by winning support among the people. Under current situations, China should adopt basic strategies including instead of making enemies, not to confront or align with others, not to take the lead, not to expand or export revolution as well to make more friends, to hold talks and negotiations as well as export of products.
