摘要 丝绸之路经济带沿线的多民族多国家决定了其文明文化的多样性,民心相通是建设过程中存在的最大问题。实现民心相通的目标只有借助于信息传播,必须将其提升到国家战略的高度,从国家战略的层面进行顶层设计,统筹规划。要通过传播先行、整合传播、在地化传播、差异化传播等传播策略来解决民心相通的问题,增进各国相互了解和传统友谊,为开展区域合作奠定坚实民意基础和社会基础,从而有利于丝绸之路经济带的建设。 The multi-ethnic states along the Silk Road Economic Belt have diverse civilizations and cultures, which makes people-to-people exchanges the biggest problem in the development of the program. To attain the goal, information spread is the only way so it must be elevated to the height of national strategy and put under top-level design and overall planning at the national level. Specific measures include putting communication in a prioritized position and using integrated, localized and differentiated communication strategies, in order to enhance mutual understanding and traditional friendship between the countries, lay a solid foundation in the public opinion and social areas for regional cooperation, and help with the development of the Silk Road Economic Zone.
