优质护理服务对痔疮患者术后疗效及并发症的影响

Influence of quality care for hemorrhoids after operation and complications

目的 探讨优质护理服务对痔疮术后患者疗效与并发症发生的影响。方法 随机选择本科2010年2月~2011年2月未实施优质护理服务的痔疮手术患者100例作为对照组,随机选择2011年3月~2012年3月实施优质护理服务的痔疮手术患者100例作为观察组,对照组采取传统的护理方法,观察组给予全程优质护理服务,对患者从入院、术前、术后、出院前给予全程、连续、全方位的护理,比较两组患者术后疗效及并发症发生率与患者对护理工作满意度百分比。结果 观察组患者术后总有效率为96%,对照组总有效率为91%;观察组术后并发症发生率为25%,对照组并发症发生率为83%;观察组患者对护理工作满意度为99%,对照组为90%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 对痔疮术后患者提供全程优质护理服务,能提高患者满意度与临床疗效,促进患者术后尽早康复,在减少术后并发症发生中起重要作用。

Objective To investigate the influence of quality care for patients with curative effect and complications after operation of hemorrhoids.Methods From February 2010 to February 2011 year in not hemorrhoids operation in patients with the implementation of high quality nursing service in 100 cases as control group,from March 2011 to March 2012 years in the implementation of high quality nursing service for patients with hemorrhoids operation 100 cases as the observation group,The control group adopted the traditional nursing method,the observation group was given the whole course high quality nursing service,The patients from the hospital,preoperative,postoperative,prior to discharge to give full,continuous,a full range of nursing,To compare the effects of two groups of patients after operation and the incidence of complications and patient satisfaction with nursing work percentage.Results The observation group patients after total efficiency is 96%,control group total effectiveness is 91%;The complication rate was 25% in the observation group after operation in the two groups,the control group the incidence of complications was 83%;The observation group patients satisfaction with nursing work was 99%,control group 90%,After statistical comparison,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion On hemorrhoids postoperative patients with whole course high quality nursing service,Can improve the satisfaction of patients and clinical effect,Promote postoperative rehabilitation as soon as possible,to reduce postoperative complications play an important role in the occurrence of.
