摘要
总结87例免球囊扩张器免钉合器腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术的护理要点,认为做好术前心理护理、常规术前准备、术后疼痛护理及并发症的观察,是确保免球囊扩张器免钉合器TEP手术成功的基础,术后并发症的观察和护理是手术成功的关键。
Summary According to 87 cases about nursing points of the total extra peritoneal herniorrhaphy（TEP）with laparoscope but no balloon dilatation catheter and no stapler,routine preparation of Pre-operation,and pain care and the observation of complications after the surgery are the basics on TEP.Furthermore,the nursing and observation of postoperative complications will influence the success rate directly.
