本文通过对北方地区树木冬季涂白作用的分析,对照南京地区近年来冬季气温情况和往年南京河西地区树木冬季涂白成本,参考同处华东的上海,对南京地区冬季涂白的利弊重新权衡,得出在南京地区树木冬季涂白是没有必要的结论。

This article analyses the effect of painting trees white in north area, compares the temperature of Nanjing area in winter in recent years and the cost of painting trees white in Hexi district of Nanjing in previous years. It weighs the advantages and disadvantages referring to cases again in Shanghai, a city located in the same area. It eventually points out that there is no necessity of painting trees white in winter in Nanjing area.
