摘要
目的进一步提高临床带教老师的教学质量,培养临床医务人员分析问题、解决问题的能力,搞好综合素质教育,提高专业技能以及学员的实践操作能力。方法选择本院2008级五年制本科呼吸内科诊治的临床实习医生60人,将其随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用传统的教学模式,由老师示范、演示及现场操作,学生进行练习,最后统一考试;试验组采用PDCA系统进行四步教学法,通过四个阶段进行训练、考核,记录比较两组学员的考核成绩及学习满意度。结果本院呼吸内科临床诊治训练中,试验组的带教老师教学积极性大大提高,同时临床学员的自我学习、管理能力显著增强,带教满意度大大提高,优于对照组学员。结论 PDCA循环系统在呼吸内科临床教学中具有较好的临床实践意义,能够使临床教学更加直观、具体和系统化,增强学员与带教老师间的互动,在教学管理实践中一种新的尝试,有利于提高临床带教质量。
Objective To further improve the teaching quality of clinical teachers, training the clinical medical staff analysis problem and problemsolving ability, to improve the comprehensive quality education, the professional skills and student's practical ability. Methods The 60 clinical practice doctors of grade five years of undergraduate Respiratory Department of internal medicine were randomly divided into control group and test group. The control group used the traditional teaching mode, by teacher demonstrations, presentations and field operation, the students practice, finally unified examination. The test group received the PDCA system four steps teaching method, by four stages of training, assessment, student's examination and learning satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results In the respiratory department of our hospital clinical diagnosis and treatment of training, teacher's teaching enthusiasm of the test group was greatly improved and clinical students self-learning and management capability was enhanced significantly. The teaching satisfaction was improved greatly, which was significantly better than the control group students. Conclusion PDCA cycle system in clinical teaching of respiratory medicine has better clinical practical significance. It can make the clinical teaching more intuitive, concrete and systematic. PDCA can enhance the interaction between the teacher and student, which is a newattempt in the practice of teaching management and can improve the quality of clinical teaching.
