摘要 Mini-CEX是在临床实践工作中对于住院医生进行评估,具有较高的信效度,同时使用方便简单,不管是门诊、急诊还是住院的临床工作中均可使用,并且还具有信息及时反馈的优点,得到了国内外医学教育专家的普遍关注,本文主要探讨了Mini-CEX在内科住院医生培训的应用研究。 Mini-CEX work in clinical practice to assess for residencies, with high reliability and validity, at the same time simple and easy to use, whether it is outpatient, emergency or clinical work in the hospital can be used, and also has information in a timely manner advantages feedback received widespread attention at home and abroad in medical education experts, in this paper, the mini-CEX applied research would be discussed about internal medicine residency training.
