卓越医师培训中的医学人文教育实践与探索

Practice and Exploration of Medical Humanities Education About the Excellent Physician Training

"卓越医师教育培养计划"是国家为培养未来高水平医学人才实施的重大医学教育改革措施,良好的医学人文素质是成为卓越医师的必备条件。加强医学人文素质教育,提高医学生的整体素质,培养适应时代发展的"卓越医师",是当前医学教育面临的主要问题。通过总结近三年来我校卓越医师试点班的医学人文教育,探讨了卓越医师培训中加强医学人文教育的有效途径。

The Program of Outstanding Doctor Training is a significant reforming measure aiming to improve the quality of medical talents training, while the quality of humanistic literacy is the requirement for Outstanding Doctors. Improving the medical humanities education quality, strengthening the comprehensive qualities of medical students and training ＂Outstanding Doctor＂ who adapts to the development of the times are the main task of current medical education. Based on the practice of the ＂Outstanding Doctor Training Plan＂ in our university in recent three years, this paper explored the effective ways to strengthen the medical humanities education.
