小切口手术对高龄白内障的治疗效果

Effect of Small Incision for Treatment of Elderly Cataract

目的探讨小切口手术在高龄白内障治疗中的应用效果。方法将82例(96眼)高龄白内障患者按照手术方案分为超声乳化组和小切口手术组,比较两组术后效果。结果小切口手术组Ⅲ级角膜水肿发生率低于超声乳化组,角膜水肿术后消退时间短于超声乳化组,差异均有统计学意义。结论小切口手术治疗高龄白内障易导致患者眼压增高,但临床疗效与超声乳化术相当,且角膜水肿严重程度更低。

Objective To investigate the effect of small-incision surgery for the treatment of cataracts in the old. Methods 82 cases（96） in accordance with the elderly cataract surgery program was divided into groups and small incision phacoemulsification surgery group compared postoperative results. Results The small incision group Ⅲ grade corneal edema was significantly lower than phacoemulsification group, postoperative corneal edema subsided significantly shorter than phacoemulsification group, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The small incision cataract surgery for elderly patients easily lead to increased intraocular pressure, but the clinical efficacy and phacoemulsification fairly, and less severity of corneal edema.
