牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者的正畸与修复治疗安全性研究

Security Research on Patients With Teeth Micromaxillary Deformity in Treatment With Dentition Defect and Restoration of Orthodontics

目的探讨牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者应用正畸与修复联合治疗的安全性与可行性。方法选取在我院诊断并治疗的牙缺损伴牙颌畸形的28例患者作为观察对象,研究患者的恢复情况和患者对治疗的满意度。结果经对比分析,在正畸的基础上再行修复治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形,能够显著提高治疗效果,改善牙体功能的同时也能保证外形美观。结论在临床上应用正畸和修复联合疗法治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形,治疗效果显著,安全可行。

Objective To study the dentition defect accompanied with orthodontic teeth micromaxillary deformity patients and repair the safety and feasibility of combination therapy. Methods In our hospital diagnosis and treatment of patients with teeth micromaxillary deformity of 28 cases with tooth defect as research object, research the patient＇s recovery and to treatment of patients satisfaction. Results Through comparison and analysis, repair again on the basis of orthodontic treatment with dentition defect teeth micromaxillary deformity, can significantly improve the treatment effect, improve the function of the tooth body at the same time also can ensure good appearance. Conclusion In clinical application of combined therapy for orthodontic and repairing dentition defect with teeth micromaxillary deformity, treatment effect is remarkable, safe and feasible.
