摘要
目的观察急诊内科昏迷患者的临床诊断和治疗方法。方法选择我院收治的200例昏迷患者,观察分析其病因构成、早期诊断及临床抢救效果。结果 200例患者,脑血管疾病77例,糖尿病60例,急性中毒50例,其它13例。经急诊内科积极抢救成功186例,死亡14例。结论急诊内科收治的昏迷患者发病原因复杂,急诊医护人员应该按照患者临床表现及时确诊,积极采取治疗措施,降低死亡率。
Objective To observe the clinical diagnosis and treatment of emergency medical coma patients. Methods we choose 200 cases of our hospital coma patients, analyze the etiology, early diagnosis and clinical effect. Results 200 patients, 77 cases were cerebrovascular disease, 60 cases were diabetes, 50 cases were acute poisoning, 13 cases were the other reasons. The emergency medical rescue actively successfully in 186 cases, 14 cases of death. Conclusion Emergency medical causes of coma patients were complicated, emergency medical personnel should be according to the clinical manifestations of patients with diagnosed in time, take active treatment measures to reduce mortality.
