基于负压封闭引流用于骨创伤创面的临床疗效观察

The Clinical Effect of Bone Trauma Wound in Treatment of the Closed Negative Pressure Drainage

目的观察分析负压封闭引流用于骨创伤创面的临床疗效。方法选取我院2011年2月~2014年2月收治的100例骨创伤患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各50例。给予对照组患者常规引流技术治疗,观察组患者给予负压封闭引流技术治疗。比较分析两组患者的治疗效果、并发症及满意度。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率、并发症发生率及满意度优于对照组（P〈0.05））,差异具有统计学意义。结论负压封闭引流术治疗骨创伤患者疗效显著,并发症少,患者满意度高。

Objective To observe the analysis of negative pressure drainage used in the clinical curative effect of bone trauma wound. Methods From February 2011 to February 2011 treated 100 cases of patients with bone trauma, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases each. Give control group patients with conventional drainage technology treatment, observation group was treated with closed negative pressure drainage technology. Comparative analysis of two groups of patients with the treatment effects, complications, and satisfaction. Results Observation group the treatment of patients with total effective rate, complications, and satisfaction significantly better than control group,（P〈0.05） difference is statistically significant. Conclusion The closed negative pressure drainage bone trauma patients with obvious therapeutic effect, fewer complications, high patient satisfaction.
