角稳定钢板结合关节面下支撑在关节面粉碎的尺骨鹰嘴骨折治疗中的效果观察

Observation on Angular Stable Plate Combined With Articular Surface Fracture Under the Support Effects in the Treatment of Olecranon Comminuted Articular Surface

目的分析角稳定钢板结合关节面下支撑治疗关节面粉碎的尺骨鹰嘴骨折效果。方法对25例患者给予解剖锁定加压钢板结合关节面下克氏针固定治疗。结果患者手术成功实施,骨折完全愈合,无一例畸形愈合、疼痛、上肢麻木,内固定物坚固,治疗优良率100%。结论解剖锁定加压钢板结合关节面下克氏针支撑治疗关节面粉碎的尺骨鹰嘴骨折效果显著。

Objective To analysis the effect of angular stable plate fracture combined with joint support of olecranon comminuted articular surface treatment. Methods The anatomical locking compression plate com bined with articular K-wire fixation for treatment of 25 patients. Results Patients with successful operation, fracture healed completely, no cases of malunion, pain, numbness in the upper limb, the internal fixation treatment of solid,the excellent and good rate was 100%. Conclusion The anatomy of ulnar olecranon locking compression plate combined with articular surface of Kirschner wire treatment of comminuted fractures of the articular surface of the support effect is significant.
