腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除与单纯阴式子宫切除的临床效果对比

Laparoscopically Assisted Vaginal Hysterectomy and Simple Vaginal Hysterectomy Controlled Clinical Effects

目的观察腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除和单纯阴式子宫切除两种子宫切除方式的疗效对比。方法选取我院自2012年2月~2015年2月收治的子宫切除患者,分为观察组180例和对照组30例,观察两组患者：手术时间、手术中出血量等临床指标进行分析对比。结果观察组手术时间、术后肛门的排气时间等临床指标均优于对照组,差异明显,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除较单纯阴式子宫切除方式对于子宫切除更具优势。

Objective To observe the comparison of two kinds of hysterectomy methods between laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy and vaginal hysterectomy. Methods In our hospital from February 2012 to 2015 February were uterine resection patients, divided into the observation group（180 cases） and control group（30 cases）, were observed in two groups of patients, operative time, bleeding amount and other clinical parameters were analyzed and compared. Results The clinical indexes of the operation time and the postoperative anal exhaust time of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy is more advantageous than vaginal hysterectomy for hysterectomy.
