腓骨骨折手法复位外固定和切开复位内固定疗效对比分析

Comparative Efficacy Analysis of Fibula Fracture Fixation Techniques Reduction of External Fixation and Open Reduction

目的探索研究不同固定方案诊疗腓骨骨折的结果,开拓新的治疗思维。方法搜集2015年1月至今来我院骨科就诊的200例腓骨骨折患者按诊疗方案不同随机分为两个组,每个组100例患者。实验组选取切开复位内固定的方案,对照组患者使用的是常规手法复位外固定的诊疗方案;统计分析患者出院后恢复情况和术后功能恢复效果比较两种诊疗方案的结果优劣。结果实验组的患者出院时间早于对照组;实验组的骨折临床愈合时间及并发症产生率等指标与对照组对比(P<0.05),差异有显著性。结论采用切开复位内固定手术诊疗方案对于腓骨骨折的诊疗具有更好的愈合效果。

Objective Exploration of different fixed program fibula fracture treatment outcome. Thinking to develop new treatments. Methods Collected 200 cases of fibular fracture patients since January 2015 to our hospital orthopedic clinic by clinic program were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 100 patients. Statistical analysis of patients discharged after recovery and postoperative functional recovery effect is the result of two types of treatment programs. Results Patient discharge time of the experimental group was significantly earlier than in the control group; the experimental group fracture healing time and complications rates and other indicators of comparison with the control group（P〈0.05）, the difference was significant. Conclusion By open reduction and internal fixation of the fibula fracture treatment programs for diagnosis and treatment have better healing effect.
