氯吡格雷片联合阿托伐他汀治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的疗效分析

The Curative Effect on Clopidogrel Combined With Atorvastatin in the Treatment of Transient Ischemic Attack

目的探究氯吡格雷片联合阿托伐他汀治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的临床效果。方法选取70例短暂性脑缺血发作患者作为研究对象,并将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。给予对照组患者阿司匹林进行治疗,观察组患者则采用氯吡格雷片联合阿托伐他汀治疗。比较分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果对照组的总有效率为71.43%,低于观察组的91.43%,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用氯吡格雷片联合阿托伐他汀治疗短暂性脑缺血发作效果显著。

Objective Exploration of clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of clinical effect in patients with transient ischemic attack. Methods A total of 70 patients with transient ischemic attack patients as the research object, and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 35 cases in each group. Give the control group were treated with aspirin, patients in the observation group was using clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin treatment. Comparative analysis of two groups of patients with therapeutic effect. Results The total effective rate of control group was 71.43%, significantly lower than those in the observation group was 91.43%,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The use of clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of transient ischemic attack effect is significant.
