艾司西酞普兰和帕罗西汀对老年性抑郁症的治疗效果观察

To Observe the Therapeutic Effect of Escitalopram and Paroxetine on the Senile Depression

目的分析艾司西酞普兰和帕罗西汀对老年性抑郁症的治疗效果。方法 100例患者分为A、B两组各50例,分别行艾司西酞普兰、帕罗西汀治疗。结果两组患者治疗8周末总有效率、HAMD评分对比,P>0.05;但A组治疗2周HAMD评分及不良反应低于B组,P<0.05。结论艾司西酞普兰治疗老年性抑郁症疗效更为显著。

Objective To analyze the treatment effect of Escitalopram and Paroxetine on the senile depression. Methods 100 patients were divided into A, B two groups with 50 cases in each group, respectively, Paroxetine and Escitalopram treatment. Results The two groups of patients after 8 weeks of treatment the total efficiency, HAMD score comparison, P〈0.05, but the A group after 2 weeks of treatment, HAMD score and adverse reaction is lower than that of group B, P〈0.05. Conclusion The curative effect in the treatment of senile depression, Escitalopram was more significant.
