围绝经期妇女激素替代治疗的临床效果观察

The Clinical Effect of Hormone Replacement Therapy in Perimenopausal Women

目的探讨围绝经期妇女激素替代治疗的临床疗效。方法 100例围绝经期综合征妇女随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用激素替代疗法。比较两组治疗前后激素水平变化以及临床疗效。结果观察组治疗后的FSH、LH低于对照组,E2高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为98.0%,高于对照组的72.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论激素替代疗法能够改善围绝经期综合征妇女的激素水平,缓解患者的临床症状。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hormone replacement therapy in perimenopausal women. Methods 100 cases of perimenopausal syndrome patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group was used the conventional treatment, the observation group was given hormone replacement therapy. The two groups were compared with the changes of hormone levels and the clinical curative effect. Results FSH, LH after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, E2 was higher than that in the control group, there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Total efficiency in the observation group was 98% higher than 72.0% in the control group, there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Two groups were no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion Hormone replacement therapy can improve perimenopausal syndrome women＇s hormone levels; relieve the clinical symptoms.
