摘要
随着我国人口老龄化趋势日益加剧,老年慢性心力衰竭的发病率亦随之增加,且呈不断上升趋势,严重威胁着人们(尤其是老年群体)的生命健康,因此,本文在总结多年实践工作经验及查阅诸多与老年慢性心力衰竭有关的书籍资料的基础上,分别阐述了国内外对老年慢性心力衰竭的自我护理的研究状况与在一定程度上阻碍老年慢性心力衰竭患者进行自我护理的因素,旨在提高老年慢性心力衰竭患者自我护理能力,并为相关人士提供一定的研究参考依据。
Along with our country population aging trend intensifies day by day, the incidence of elderly patients with chronic heart failure rate also increased, and showed a rising trend, a serious threat to people（especially the elderly） life and health, therefore, based on the summary of many years of practice experience and access to many of the books in patients with chronic heart failure the upper, respectively expounds the research status of self-care on elderly patients with chronic heart failure at home and abroad and to some extent hindered the elderly patients with chronic heart failure patients with self-care factors, aims to improve the self-nursing ability of patients with high aged patients with chronic heart failure, and provide the reference basis for stakeholders.
