摘要
目的研究妇科宫腔镜手术并发症的预防与护理效果。方法选取我院2012年6月~2014年10月收治的200例妇科宫腔镜手术患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各100例。对照组只进行常规护理,观察组在此基础上,针对宫腔镜手术可能出现的并发症进行预防和护理。结果观察组患者并发症的发生几率低于对照组,差异显著（P〈0.05）,具有统计学意义。结论术前的充分准备,术中的严密监护以及术后的预处理是有效降低宫腔镜手术并发症发生的关键。
Objective To study the effect of prevention and nursing of complications of gynecological hysteroscope operation. Methods 200 cases of hysteroscopic operation patients in our hospital in June 2012 to October 2014, randomly divided into control group and observation group with 100 cases in each group. The observation group prevention and nursing care according to the possible complications of hysteroscopic operation, while the control group was only given routine nursing care. Results Theobservation group of patients with complications was significantly lower than the control group, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The sufficient preoperative preparation, intraoperative and postoperative intensive care of pretreatment is the key to reduce the complications of hysteroscopic surgery.
