Clinical Features and Nursing Analysis in Patients With Epilepsy With Mental Disorders

目的分析癫痫合并精神障碍患者临床特点和护理措施。方法回顾48例患者临床特点,并采取针对性干预护理措施。结果患者多存在幻觉、妄想症状、人格改变、思维障碍、躁狂发作、抑郁发作。护理后BPRS总分、焦虑抑郁、缺乏活力、思维障碍、激活性、敌对猜疑评分较护理前降低。结论癫痫合并精神障碍患者需采取全面性干预措施,提高精神状况。

Objective To analysis the clinical features of mental disorders associated with epilepsy patients and nursing measures. Methods To review the clinical characteristics of 48 cases of patients, and take targeted nursing intervention measures. Results There were more hallucinations, delusions, personality changes, thought disorder, manic and depressive episodes. Nursing of BPRS total score, anxiety and depression, lack of energy, thought disturbance score than before treatment decreased. Conclusion The patients with mental disorders associated with epilepsy need to take comprehensive intervention measures, improve the mental condition.
