镜下冷冻术治疗气道肿瘤护理工作探讨

To Explore the Nursing of Airway Tumor Cryotherapy Treatment Under Microscope

无论是位于气管还是支气管处的肿瘤都是比较难以处理的,但是随着科学的发展,人们研究出了使用电子支气管镜下冷冻治疗的方法用来治疗气道肿瘤。治疗过程固然重要,但是是否能够康复痊愈关键还要看对患者的护理水平。不论是术前、术中还是术后的护理都是至关重要的。通过对近几年来的36例气道肿瘤患者在镜下(包括电刀和氩气刀)治疗的护理措施,探讨在不同情境下的护理,以使得患者在治疗后减轻呼吸困难的症状,提高生存质量。

Whether in trachea or bronchus tumors are more difficult to deal with, but with the development of science, people have developed a method using electronic bronchoscopic cryotherapy for treatment of airway tumor. The treatment process is important, but whether it can recover the key depends on the level of rehabilitation nursing of patients. Whether the nursing before operation, during operation and after operation is very important. According to the recent years 36 cases of patients with airway tumor under the microscope（including electric knife and argon knife） nursing treatment, to explore the nursing in different situations, to enable patients to reduce the symptoms of dyspnea after treatment, improve the quality of life.
