临床护理路径在类风湿关节炎患者康复应用中的效果评价

To Evaluate the Application Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Patients With Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的探讨以患者为中心的临床护理路径在类风湿关节炎（RA）患者康复应用中的效果评价。方法自2012年10月~2014年10月来我科康复治疗RA患者76例,随机分为两组各38例。对照组患者采用常规治疗方案及护理护理措施,治疗组在此基础上制定标准化临床护理路径并实施诊疗护理方法。结果两组患者在康复治疗中住院天数、住院费用、健康教育达标率及患者对护理工作满意度比较,治疗组患者各指标均显著优于对照组。康复治疗依从性及并发症发生情况,治疗组依从性良好优于对照组。发生并发症情况组间比较。（P〈0.05）。结论以患者为中心的护理管理模式,对RA患者康复治疗实施中可提高疗效,改善护患关系,使患者在最短的时间内得到治疗,从而降低了并发症发生,缩短了住院天数,促进患者早日康复。

Objective To investigate the clinical nursing path for patients centered in rheumatoid arthritis（RA） patients rehabilitation effect evaluation. Methods From 2012 October to 2014 October to 76 cases in our department of rehabilitation treatment of patients with RA, were randomly divided into two groups of 38 cases. Routine treatment and nursing measures of the patients, the treatment group based on the standard of clinical nursing path and implement nursing method. Results Two groups of patients in the rehabilitation treatment of hospitalization, hospitalization expenses, health education compliance rate and satisfaction of patients to nursing work, treatment of each index group were significantly better than control group. Rehabilitation treatment compliance and complications in treatment group, good compliance is better than the control group. Between group comparisons of complications occurring.（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing management mode taking patients as the center, on the implementation of the rehabilitation of patients with RA can improve the curative effect, improve the relationship between nurses and patients, so that patients can be treated in a short time, thereby reducing the complications, shorten the hospitalization time, accelerate the recovery of patients.
