老年重症肺炎患者中预见性护理的应用价值

Application Value of Predictive Nursing Care in Elderly Patients With Severe Pneumonia

目的研究分析老年重症肺炎患者中预见性护理的应用价值。方法选取我院收治的100例老年重症肺炎患者的病历资料,对照组中50例患者实施一般护理,观察组50例患者实施预见性护理。对比分析两组患者的临床疗效和并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者临床疗效(98%)高于对照组(70%),观察组并发症发生率(2%)低于对照组(10%),P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论老年重症肺炎患者结合预见性护理,不仅仅对于肺炎症状有着积极改善作用,同时也能将患者的生活质量显著提高。

Objective To study the analysis of elderly patients with severe pneumonia in the foreseeable nursing applied value. Methods 100 cases of elderly patients with severe pneumonia patients in our hospital clinical data of general nursing, 50 patients in the control group, the observation group of 50 cases received predictive nursing. Comparative analysis of clinical efficacy and complications of two groups of patients. Results The clinical curative effect of observation group patients（98%） was higher than that of the control group（70%）, the complication rate of the observation group（2%） was lower than that of the control group（10%, P〈0.05）, there was statistical significance. Conclusion In elderly patients with severe pneumonia combined with predictive nursing care, not only to have a positive role in improving the symptoms of pneumonia, but also can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
