摘要 文中介绍了遥感监测手段在森林火灾监测和事后灾害损失评估上应用的趋势;说明了利用遥感手段对森林进行火灾监测的理论基础;然后以昆明西山森林区416火灾为例,深入分析该林区已有TM8多光谱遥感影像火灾发生前后的数据。结合遥感数据获取的不同波段的光谱特征,找出了本研究区适宜的波段组合,探测出了火灾变化的区域,通过利用ENVI软件对遥感图像进行一系列的转换处理,使昆明西山森林过火区的特征得到了明显的增强,最后利用软件的统计功能对过火林区面积进行了统计。 In the paper,the trend of the application of the remote sensing instruments in monitoring forest fire and assessing the post- disaster loss were introduced,and the theoretical basis of using the remote sensing to monitor forest fire were illustrated. And then,the TM8 multispectral images data before and after the fire were in- depth analyzed,taking Kunming Xishan Forest Fire 416 for example. Suitable band combination was found in the study area and the change in the area of fire was detected combining the acquired different bands spectral characteristics by the remote sensing data. Characteristic of Kunming Xishan Forest fire area had been significantly enhanced using ENVI software to convert and process remote sensing images. At last,burned forest areas were statistically by the statistical functions of software.
