循环经济中水价形成机理研究

Study on the Formation of Water Price in the Circular Economy

水价是调节循环经济系统运行的重要手段,研究循环经济中水价形成机理对于促进循环经济发展具有重要意义。运用伯特兰德模型研究了循环经济中水价的影响因素,认为水价和需求量由全社会需求、边际生产成本、价格敏感系数和替代系数等因素共同决定,并对各因素做了进一步分析,在此基础上提出了加快调整产业结构、优化调整水价体系、提高居民节水意识等政策建议。

The price of water resources is an important way to regulate the operation of the system in the circular economy. The formation mechanism of water resources price is great significance to promote the development of circular economy. This study used Bertrand model to study water price formation and the factors that affecting the water price and demand in the recycling economy. In the end the study proposed some policy recommendations about the adjustment of industrial structure, optimization of water price system and improvement of the water saving consciousness.
