摘要
为验证田山泵站前池工程改造对改善流态的效果,运用三维紊流模拟技术,建立了泵站前池进水流态的三维湍流数学模型,对改造前后泵站前池水流流态进行了模拟,用现场实测结果对数值模拟结果进行了验证。结果表明:数值模拟流速值与现场测试值存在一定的差异,但是数值模拟的流速分布与现场测试的流速分布基本一致,能较好地模拟泵站前池水流流态,为泵站安全运行管理提供参考;在前池增设稳流、整流设施后,前池流态得到明显改善。
In order to verify the effect of forebay renovation project on flow pattern improvement of Tianshan Pumping Station, the three-di- mensional turbulent flow mathematical model of forebay inflow patterns was established and a three-dimensional turbulent flow simulation technique was applied to numerical calculation on the flow pattern characteristics of the original forebay and of the rebuilt forebay of Tian-shan Pumping Station. Then, the measured values were used to test and verify the numerical simulation values. The results show that, there are differences between the numerical simulation and experimental results, but the simulative velocity distributions agree basically with experi- mental ones. The model can simulate forebay flow patterns well, and can provide a reference for the safe and stable operation of pumping sta- tion. There are definite improvements in forebay flow patterns after building steady flow and rectification facilities in the forebay.
