摘要
缓冲材料的粘弹性是影响材料对冲击力吸收能力的主要因素。本文对缓冲材料粘弹性系数的检测方法与装置做了深入研究,应用一阶振动系统理论,通过试验,可以方便地测得缓冲材料的粘度系数和弹性系数,检测装置具有结构简单、造价低、重量轻、体积小、稳定性好等优点。
Viscoelasticity of buffer material is the main factor of affecting the impact absorption ability of the material. In this paper, the detection method for viscoelastic coefficient of buffer material is studied. In the test, using the theory of first-order vibration can easily get the viscosity coefficient and elastic coefficient of buffer material. The device has advantages of simple structure, low cost, light weight, small volume and good stability, etc.
