复杂型面壁面静压联校接头设计

摘要 壁面静压是开展流体力学试验所需要获取的基本参数。为了提高壁面静压测量的准确性,通常需要对壁面静压进行整体联校。但是对于一些复杂的型面,如存在较大表面曲率的弯曲壁面等,整体联校实施难度大,且联校结果准确性差。本文围绕如何降低复杂型面上壁面静压整体联校难度,设计了专用的联校接头,改进了整体联校的方法,成功地应用于进气道/发动机相容性试飞中,取得了良好的效果。 This paper is devoted to the integrally combined calibration of the wall static pressure in test, which is the basic parameter usually measured in the fluid dynamic experiments, and is necessary for the improvement of the measurement accuracy. However, integrally combined calibration of some complex surface, such as the bending wall with large surface curvature, is very difficult and usually inaccuracy. Pointed to decrease the difficulty in integrally combined calibration of the wall static pressure of the complex surface, the joint for combined calibration which is able to improve the accuracy is developed and is successfully used in the inlet-engine compatibility flight test with good performance.
