康柏西普眼用注射液治疗老年性黄斑变性49例疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Conbercept Ophthalmic Injection for Treating Age-Related Macular Degeneration in 49 Cases

目的观察康柏西普眼用注射液治疗老年性黄斑变性(AMD)的安全性和临床疗效。方法将确诊的湿性AMD患者98例随机分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组患者采用传统的经瞳孔热疗法,观察组患者采用康柏西普眼用注射液治疗,观察两组患者治疗后第1,3,6个月视力变化、黄斑中心视网膜厚度和眼底荧光造影。结果与对照组相比,观察组治疗后视力、眼底荧光造影及眼底出血面积有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论康柏西普眼用注射液治疗AMD疗效确切,能有效解决复发问题,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Conbercept Ophthalmic Injection in the treatment of age-related macular degeneration（AMD）. Methods Totally 98 patients with wet AMD were randomly divided into the control group and the treat-ment group,49 cases in each group. The control group adopted the traditional transpupillary thermotherapy,while the treatment group was treated with Conbercept Ophthalmic Injection. The visual acuity change,central macular retinal thickness and fundus fluorescence angiog-raphy at 1,3,6 months of treatment were observed. Results Compared with the control group,the visual acuity,fundus fluorescein angiog-raphy and fundus hemorrhage area in the observation group had statistical differences between before and after treatment（ P ＆lt; 0. 05）. Conclusion Conbercept Ophthalmic Injection has definite effect for treating AMD,can effectively solve the recurrence problem of AMD and deserves clinical promotion.
