左乙拉西坦治疗神经外科术后癫痫51例临床研究

Clinical Study on Levetiracetam in Treating Epilepsy after Neurosurgical Opearion

目的探讨左乙拉西坦治疗神经外科术后癫痫的疗效。方法将102例术后癫痫患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各51例。对照组患者采用传统抗癫痫药物丙戊酸钠治疗,观察组患者使用左乙拉西坦。观察并比较两组患者治疗后发作频率降低情况及总有效率的差异,以及治疗前后脑电图(EEG)变化情况。记录两组患者治疗过程中药品相关不良反应发生情况。结果对照组患者发作频率降低百分比及总有效率显著低于观察组(68.63%比82.35%,P<0.05);两组患者EEG变化情况无明显差异(47.06%比51.02%,P>0.05);两组患者治疗后SF-36评分均较治疗前显著增高(P<0.05),且观察组一般健康状况(GH)、精力(VT)、社会功能(SF)3项指标较对照组显著增高(P<0.05);两组患者药品不良反应发生情况未见明显差异。结论左乙拉西坦治疗神经外科术后癫痫疗效确切,过程安全。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of levetiracetam in treating epilepsy after neurosurgical operation. Methods Totally 102 cases of postoperative epilepsy were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,51 cases in each group. The control group was treated by the traditional antiepileptic drug sodium valproate treatment,while the observation group used the antiepileptic drug levetiracetam. The decrease situation of seizure frequency,total effective rate and EEG after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. In addition,the occurrence situation of adverse reactions during the treatment process was ob-served in the two groups. Results The decrease percentage of seizure frequency and the total effective rate in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group,the differences were statistically significant（68. 63% vs 82. 35%,P 〈 0. 05）;the EEG change situation had no significant difference between the two groups（47. 06% vs 51. 02%,P 〉 0. 05）;the SF-36 score after treatment in the two groups were significantly increased compared with before treatment（ P 〈 0. 05）,moreover the observation group was sig-nificantly increased than the control group in the aspects of the general health status（GH）,vigour（VT）and social function（SF）（P 〈 0. 05）. The occurrence rate of adverse reactions had no statistically significantly difference between the two groups. Conclusion Levetiracetam is definitely effective and safe for treating epilepsy after neurosurgical operation with safe process.
